Start with the data and its source

NutriBuddyAI combines meals entered in the diary, planned and confirmed training, recorded gym sets and authorized wearable observations. Meal timing, provider and the relevant time window matter; a daily total is not automatically a pre-session measurement.

Apple Health and WHOOP supply different observations. Provider-reported values and app estimates remain distinct, and missing information must remain unavailable rather than being treated as zero.

Compare sessions that can answer the same question

Running comparisons use compatible history such as similar-distance sessions. Strength comparisons use the workout and exercise history. Tennis interpretation depends on the confirmed session and available duration and intensity information.

These rules reduce obvious mismatches but do not control weather, route, opponents, equipment or training progression. When eligible history is insufficient, a session can form an initial baseline rather than a confident performance pattern.

Explain estimates and plan ownership

Local muscle recovery uses recorded exercise work and muscle overlap; systemic signals include available sleep and physiology. Neither is a clinical test of readiness. Suggested weights and nutrition context need to be read with their evidence and limitations.

Nutrition changes depend on who controls the plan. User- or coach-controlled targets must not be silently overwritten by a contextual estimate. Logged values, recommendations and applied changes are separate concepts.

Association, validation and editorial accountability

Patterns describe observations that recur around personal results. They cannot prove causation, guarantee a performance improvement or establish that an ingredient or supplement produced an outcome. These pages do not claim independent clinical validation of the app’s readiness estimates.

NutriBuddyAI is the organizational author of these guides. The displayed review concerns product behaviour and linked sources, not review by a named clinician. Dates are editorial records, not timestamps refreshed on every build. Questions or corrections can be sent through the support link below.
