How it works

Weekly fitness and nutrition review

Review smoothed weight trend, food consistency, workouts and sustainability, then choose your next goal and explicitly start the next cycle.

Six steps from evidence to a new cycle

Log today’s weight; review what happened; answer one sustainability question; confirm the next goal; read the recommendation; review the next cycle in Basic or Expert. Nothing changes until Start next cycle.

A trend is different from a scale change

Actual scale change is the difference between the first and last readings. The smoothed weight trend uses the available weigh-ins to reduce normal daily fluctuations. Classification compares that trend with the expected change from the plan.

Days within the calorie target describe consistency, not average intake divided by prescribed calories. The review keeps those measures distinct and explains data coverage.

Progress does not require a change every time

Outcome, evidence, sustainability and next goal shape the proposal. A small difference can justify keeping the plan unchanged; a difficult cycle may support a protective adjustment. A new goal is evaluated using the saved plan baseline.

Choose duration, weigh-in frequency and end-cycle reporting in Basic, or control calories and macros independently in Expert. Opening Expert preserves the recommendation until you edit it.
